Skills & Game Weekend.
1 hour ice session - 30 minutes of skills followed by 30 minutes of full ice 4v4
Players have the option to join one day or both days.

Small group on ice skills and drills. There sessions will be a mix of low intensity when working on skills, and then high intensity game drills. Every session will finish with a game!
Players have the option to join one day or both days.

On ice sessions will focus on a wide range of game specific skills, including skating and edge control, zone entries and exits, shot selection, deception and puck skills, hockey IQ, and both forward and defence skills. Ice sessions will also include high tempo drills and game like situations, giving players the opportunity to apply newly learned skills while competing at a high intensity.
