SSOn ice sessions will focus on a wide range of game specific skills, including skating and edge control, zone entries and exits, shot selection, deception and puck skills, hockey IQ, and both forward and defence skills. Ice sessions will also include high tempo drills and game like situations, giving players the opportunity to apply newly learned skills while competing at a high intensity.

Players have the option to choose: Mondays only, Wednesdays only, or both Monday and Wednesday

Maximum of 12 players/ice session to allow for higher reps and individualized instruction

Cost: Mondays or Wednesdays Only - $250 + GST (Please note GST is waived for e-transfers)
