​This is a competitive and elite 4 week program, designed for players who are wanting to take their game to the next level. This program will include various skills utilized in the modern game, referring to game video from both the PWHL and NHL. Players will be challenged to learn, practice and develop various skills including, but not limited to: advanced edgework, skating – speed, agility and power, shooting and scoring skills, as well as forward and defence specific work.

Date and time are dependent on ice availability. Arenas will release their extra ice availability 4-6 weeks in advance. Once the summer ice is released, ice will be booked and the sessions will be posted the website.

Small group sessions with 8 players maximum on the ice. Players will be able to register for as many ice sessions as they want. The sessions will be position specific and tailored towards the players on the ice..

This program will focus on the development of shooting and stickhandling. Shooting sessions will focus on the various techniques and type of shots including weight transfer, body position when shooting, shot placement, as well as the various shots including quick release, slap shots, snap shots, one timers, tips, backhands, etc. We will also use game situation shots for both forward and defence specific shooting. 

Stickhandling is a very important aspect of the game that goes hand-in-hand with confidence on the ice. As players become more comfortable with stickhandling techniques, they will become more comfortable with puck possession and puck decisions in a game. We will work on various stickhandling techniques and the various uses of stickhandling throughout a game situation.

This program will entail both the technical aspect of skating, as well as intermediate to advance edgework to push the player out of their comfort zone. We will start the skating and edgework skills at a slower pace, and then transition into using these skills at a high tempo. Players will work on straight away speed, backwards skating speed, forward to backward/backward to forward transition speed and proper techniques, agility in small spaces, and overall strength and power in each stride.

This is a competitive and elite 1 week program, designed for College and AAA players who are wanting to push the pace and be ready for the hockey season. These ice sessions will be fast paced as sessions will be geared towards high tempo drills, game situation drills, battle drills, small area games, and full ice scrimmages. Each ice session is 75 minutes long.​​

This 1 week camp will entail various types of on-ice skills including stickhandling, shooting, skating and edgework, as well as game situations including 1v1s, 2v1s, 3v2s, breakouts, back checking, zone entry, etc. This camp will also help players get ready for tryouts as we will push the intensity with battle drills, small area games, and full ice scrimmages. The ice sessions are designed to improve both confidence and performance on the ice. 

Dryland sessions will include various workouts including body weight workouts, agility/sprint sessions, balance and skating mechanics, hand eye coordination as well as team building and games.

This program is for the next generation of all-stars who are wanting to get back on the ice and gain confidence on the ice while having fun! This program will entail multiple small skills stations including stickhandling, shooting, skating and balance, drills, and small area games. Players will be placed into groups according to skill level. Instructors at each station will adjust accordingly by either challenging the players even more with an added skill, or will modify the drill as needed so each participant can feel confident completing the drill.

• 60 min on-ice/day for a total of 5 hours on-ice for the week
